WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY

Please note this Warranty and Refund Policy applies to goods and services purchased directly from ProcessEye.  Policies and procedures for goods and services through a ProcessEye distributor may be different from those outlined in this document.  Please refer all questions and warranty support to the distributor whom the goods and services were sold by.

All our products come with a one year warranty, unless otherwise specified. During the warranty period, hardware exhibiting material defects will be replaced.  If you purchased products directly from ProcessEye please contact us directly, otherwise contact the distributor your product was purchased through.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

  • Lease and Subscription orders cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order or the order is in any way damaged/incomplete, you must report the issue to us within 3 days. ProcessEye is not obligated to replace missing/damaged items if they are not reported within 3 days.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • You must request an RMA before returning an order. We are not obligated to offer full or partial refunds for returns without an RMA number.

1. WARRANTY RETURNS
To request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), please contact us at support@processeye.com.  We will send an RMA number and a prepaid shipping label if your RMA request is approved.  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will evaluate the item, and if it is found defective we will ship a replacement item at no charge.  If the item is found to be in good working condition, or the failure of the product was not the result of a material defect, we will contact you before taking action.

2. REFUND REQUESTS
If you are unhappy with your ProcessEye purchase for any reason, you may return your order for a full refund.  All returns must meet the following criteria:

  1. Your request is within 30 days of purchase
  2. The product is in new condition
  3. You purchased the product directly from ProcessEye
  4. You are the original purchaser of the product

To request a refund, please contact support@processeye.com to request an RMA number. An email containing your RMA number will be emailed to you if your refund request is approved. ProcessEye must receive the RMA items no later than 30 days after the RMA is issued in order to receive a refund. A refund will be provided in the same manner payment was made (i.e. credit card will be refunded if a credit card was used). Refunds will typically be processed within 15 days of receiving the RMA items.

Your Shopping Cart will be saved and you'll be given a link. You, or anyone with the link, can use it to retrieve your Cart at any time.
Back Save & Share Cart
Your Shopping Cart will be saved with Product pictures and information, and Cart Totals. Then send it to yourself, or a coworker, with a link to retrieve it at any time.
