Our BoilerEyeTM Program allows users to monitor the efficiency of a boiler 24/7 by monitoring key parameters and using analytics in ProcessCentralTM. Production, operations and maintenance personnel can be assured that if efficiencies start declining, they will know. This allows corrective actions to be taken before significant production or equipment integrity challenges are encountered, as well as minimize the amount of fuel used.
This Premium BoilerEyeTM allows for automated stack temperature monitoring as well as the ambient combustion air and ability to accept 4-20mA signals from an O2 sensor and boiler control firing rate.
NOTE: This package has 1-yr of the Premium data package default selected, which allows up to 1 datapoint/min for each RemoteLobeTM.
