Our BoilerEyeTM Program allows users to monitor the efficiency of a boiler 24/7 by monitoring key parameters and using analytics in ProcessCentralTM. Production, operations and maintenance personnel can be assured that if efficiencies start declining, they will know. This allows corrective actions to be taken before significant production or equipment integrity challenges are encountered, as well as fuel usage to be minimized.
The Enhanced BoilerEyeTM Package allows for automated stack temperature monitoring, as well as the monitoring of combustion air conditions and the ability to accept a 4-20mA signal from an O2 sensor. See our Premium Package, which provides the ability to monitor the firing rate, as well.
NOTE: This package has 1-yr of the Premium data package selected by default, which allows up to 1 datapoint/min for each RemoteLobeTM.
